PLC Programming

HMI/SCADA

System Design

Our team understands the importance of the design aspect of the system in the early stages of development to help with the smooth project running. We work closely with our clients to identify the requirements of a system, helping them understand key details for the User Requirement Specification (URS). This starts the process of creating a design specification, which includes a Functional Design Specification (FDS) and can also contain a Hardware Design Specification (HDS) and Software Design Specification (SDS).

System Testing

At Technical Solutions 24 Seven, we understand the importance of testing and quality checking all panels built in our purpose built workshop. This helps to reduce any issues when our customer receives a panel or when our site engineers arrive to start the installation, as they can focus on getting the job done rather than having to troubleshoot and fix problems on site.

All panels go through a clean to remove any debris from the build, a quality control process to ensure it’s all built to specification and an Internal Acceptance Test (IAT) procedure. This can range from powering up and testing all components to a full functional test with our engineers.

As well as our IAT procedure, we also offer our customers a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). This can range from the customer checking that the build quality meets their standards to full functional testing using various simulation tools.

Once our panels have been installed on site, we pride ourselves on working very closely with our customers to commission all projects if required and to carry out a full Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and training with the customer to ensure a smooth handover.
