We are accredited to the international quality standard ISO 9001:2015, which assesses a company’s quality management system. We first achieved this accreditation in 2009 to demonstrate our commitment to the consistent quality of our products and services.
We aim to continually improve our processes and procedures in all areas of our business. As a result, we now have proven methods to ensure that our products and services align with industry quality standards, are continuously improved and always meet our customers’ requirements and expectations. By investing in staff training, auditing our suppliers, using the highest quality components, maintaining a rigorous equipment maintenance programme, performing quality checks at all stages of manufacture, testing products before despatch and seeking and acting on feedback from our staff and external stakeholders, we achieve consistent high quality in our services and products.

At Technical Solutions 24 Seven, health and safety is paramount. We are ISO 45001:2018 accredited, comply with health and safety legislation, and ensure a safe working environment for our employees. We develop, implement and continually improve processes and procedures to eliminate hazards, reduce health and safety risks and prevent incidents through our health and safety management system.
We provide health and safety training and raise awareness through regular employee communication. We aim to promote, maintain and improve safe workplace culture.

To further demonstrate to our customers that Technical Solutions 24 Seven takes occupational health and safety seriously, we are also a CHAS accredited contractor since 2019. It also assures our customers that our health and safety processes and procedures are audited by various awarding bodies a few times a year. This gives our customers greater confidence in our health and safety commitments.

We are ISO 14001:2015 accredited and committed to improving our environmental performance. We aim to systematically manage our environmental commitments and achieve environmental objectives across all aspects of our business, including supply chain, product manufacturing, services, on-site activities and waste management.

In 2020, we were awarded our Safe Contractor accreditation by Alcumus. This is yet another accreditation scheme that assesses our company’s policies, qualifications and health and safety arrangements. It confirms our robust competence in health and safety practice.
